What data I collect

The details you enter yourself in the sign-up form or in a message: name, contact details, due date, place of birth, midwifery practice and insurance details. I need those to plan the care and to settle it with your insurer.

I do not collect your BSN through the site. I note it at the intake, in the kraamdossier.

How long I keep it

Medical data in the kraamdossier is kept for as long as Dutch law requires for medical records. Sign-ups that did not lead to care are deleted at the end of the season.

Who I share it with

Your midwife, as far as the care requires, and your health insurer for the invoice. Nobody else.

Site and statistics

This site uses no tracking cookies and carries no advertising. The sign-up form opens your own email programme, so you send the message yourself, directly to me.

Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. Email info@kraamzorgnatalia.nl. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
